This is a press statement made by Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Defenders of Justice (ASDER), on ASDER's official account:
European states, particularly France, Germany, and the Netherlands, have recently been reverting to their habits from the dark ages that guided all their actions and lifestyles for centuries. While France attempts to offend us by displaying expressions and caricatures insulting to our Prophet, their perverse President Macron is pushing the incident to a point of madness and using nonsensical expressions suggesting that the Holy Quran needs to be rewritten.
France wants to bring Muslims into the streets and make them appear guilty. This situation is an example of a designed provocation. In the past, religious symbols like the headscarf and the call to prayer were banned, but society did not approve, did not take to the streets, and disrupted their game.
"Prophet Muhammad was a revolutionary" but he led a social revolution, from bottom to top, from hearts to minds, and the number of days he fought in battles does not exceed 23 days in 23 years. In the Prophet's life, spiritual jihad was the essence, and material jihad was an exception.
Germany raided our sacred mosque during morning prayers, ostensibly searching for terrorists. The threats they have long posed through murderous Neo-Nazis are now being carried out directly by their security forces.
As the Association of Defenders of Justice (ASDER); We are very well aware of this state of mind they are in.
While these bloodthirsty murderers have no right to utter a single word to us, we are also aware that this Crusader mentality, returning to its codes of meaning, is destined to lose. Muslims did not commit the genocides ranging from the massacre of two million innocent people in Algeria just 60 years ago, to the Bosnian genocide in the middle of the EU, the Khojaly massacre in Karabakh, and the burning of millions of their own citizens in ovens.
These states, which today pose as apostles of democracy but are the direct perpetrators of history's greatest massacres, have no words to say or advice to give to us Muslims.
The Crusader spirit resurrected by these state-sponsored attacks on our sacred values and places will eventually turn back and strike them. If these states, whose histories are full of dark stains, do not return to common sense, they will prepare their own end.
We invite these states, which will eventually lose, to the unchangeable truth.
We advise Europeans who sincerely seek the truth to read Mrs. Sophie Petronin's letter and learn about the beautiful ethics of the Prophet of Islam.
