Üsküdar University, measured the satisfaction levels of its students. In the study, conducted with the participation of 17,684 students, opinions regarding the university's distance education, social media, and technological infrastructure during the pandemic were evaluated. 79% of students reported that 'synchronous education platforms like LMS, ZOOM, ÜÜTV are easily accessible and sufficient.' 87% of students also stated that the STIX file sharing system, which is part of the distance education system, is easily accessible and sufficient.
At Üsküdar University, student satisfaction levels were measured during the 2020-2021 Fall semester. In the study, conducted with the participation of 17,684 students, opinions regarding distance education and technological infrastructure during the pandemic were evaluated. According to the study, the following results emerged:
81% satisfaction with social media applications
To the proposition 'Communication channels such as social media, mobile application, and TV are actively used, and information activities are sufficient,' 12,365 participants, or 81% of the total, expressed a positive opinion.
78% digital accessibility satisfaction
To the proposition 'Communication channels such as call center, online support, and WhatsApp line are easily accessible and sufficient,' 11,608 people, or 78% of 14,800 participants, gave a positive answer, indicating their agreement.
79% satisfaction with distance education applications
To the evaluation 'Synchronous education platforms such as LMS, ZOOM, ÜÜTV, etc., are easily accessible and sufficient,' 12,571 people, or 79% of 15,998 participants, gave a positive answer, stating their agreement.
87% satisfied with the STIX program
Students were also asked about their satisfaction with the STIX file sharing application, which is a part of the distance education system. To the evaluation 'The STIX file sharing system is easily accessible and sufficient,' 14,042 people, or 87% of 16,109 participants, expressed a positive opinion.
High satisfaction with distance education technologies as well
To the proposition 'Overall, I am satisfied with the use of distance education technologies,' 73% (11,612 people) of 15,907 participants found it positive and expressed their agreement.
81% satisfaction in administrative services
To the evaluation 'Administrative services (course registration, document retrieval, military procedures, etc.) are sufficient,' 11,316 people, or 81% of 13,999 individuals, responded positively.
83% satisfaction with academic advisors
To the proposition 'My academic advisor allocates the necessary time for me and consults with me sufficiently,' 12,151 people, or 83% of 14,570 participants, found it positive and expressed their agreement.

70% of online events found sufficient
To the proposition 'Artistic, cultural, and scientific events held on online platforms are satisfactory and sufficient,' 70%, or 9,691 people, of 13,913 participants expressed a positive opinion.

79% satisfaction with library resource adequacy
To the proposition 'The library is sufficient in terms of all resources I need,' 9,258 people, or 79% of 11,702 individuals, conveyed their positive opinions.
Students satisfied with guidance and psychological counseling services
To the evaluation 'Guidance and psychological counseling services are accessible and sufficient,' 78%, or 8,804 participants, of 11,296 participants responded positively.
74% say the education they received met their expectations
In the study, where the evaluation 'The education I received at the university meets my expectations' was also asked, 74%, or 11,297 students, of 15,330 participants stated that the education they received met their expectations.
