Student satisfaction reached 80% at Üsküdar University

According to the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester survey results, the general satisfaction rate was announced as 80% in evaluations participated by over 16 thousand students. Security, cleaning, and infrastructure services were among the areas with the highest satisfaction.

The results of Üsküdar University's 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Student Feedback and Course Evaluation surveys have been announced. In the surveys, which saw high student participation, the general satisfaction rate was 80%.

Within the scope of the 2025-2026 Fall Semester, 16,321 students participated in the Feedback Survey, and 15,881 students participated in the Course Evaluation Survey. As a result of the evaluations, the General Student Satisfaction Rate was 80%, and the Course Evaluation Satisfaction Rate was 3.38 out of 4. 

High satisfaction in security and infrastructure

The Student Feedback Survey, consisting of 25 questions, highlighted the institution's strengths while also shedding light on areas where students expect improvements. 

87% satisfaction in security

According to the survey results, students expressed the highest satisfaction with 'Security Services' on campuses at 87% and 'Cleanliness and Usability of Toilets' at 86%.

80% infrastructure satisfaction

Prayer areas (85%), disabled access service areas (84%), and campus transportation (83%) were among other prominent areas of high satisfaction. Over 80% satisfaction was also achieved in basic necessities such as classroom infrastructure, the STIX file sharing system, and health services. 

Every suggestion and improvement request submitted is meticulously evaluated…

While students can submit their suggestions and improvement requests through the Solution Center, it was also underlined that every submitted application is meticulously evaluated by the relevant units, and the process is followed with precision. 

Students wishing to obtain more detailed information about Erasmus programs, learn about application processes, and benefit from consultancy services were informed that they can review the relevant page on the university's official website and directly contact the Erasmus Unit.

It was also stated that students with disabilities can submit their requests through the Disabled Student Unit.
Furthermore, it was noted that all students who participated in the survey were thanked.
