Strategist Dr. Kazım Dalkıran, evaluating the terrorist attack carried out against the facilities of Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TUSAŞ) in Ankara's Kahramankazan district, said, 'It is possible to consider it an act that directly received instructions from the upper echelons of the terrorist organization, but was prepared beforehand.'
Dr. Lecturer Kazım Dalkıran noted that two issues stand out when the process is evaluated: 'One, to prevent Turkey's progress in the domestic and national defense industry. Two, to hinder the atmosphere of peace and tranquility emerging within Turkey. And behind this, of course, we can assume America and Israel are involved.'

'A panic atmosphere is understood to have formed in the upper echelons of the terrorist organization'
Regarding the terrorist attack, Dr. Lecturer Kazım Dalkıran said, 'Especially the image of party unity that emerged at the opening of the Parliament on October 1st and subsequently, seems to have created a panic atmosphere in the upper echelons of the terrorist organization. Therefore, it is possible to consider it an act that directly received instructions from the upper echelons of the terrorist organization, but was prepared beforehand.'
'A scene similar to the incident where Fethi Sekin was martyred...'
Dr. Lecturer Kazım Dalkıran, noting that those who carry out such an act will certainly not escape the consequences, continued:
'It appears to be a scene similar to the incident where Fethi Sekin was martyred. We can consider it a suicide attack or a terrorist attack meant to create a stir. We can say that such acts are generally carried out by terrorists outside Turkey, with the belief that the emerging atmosphere of peace in Turkey will not benefit them, and with the aim of preventing the terrorist organization from dissolving.'
'These acts are being carried out for the terrorist state formation in northern Syria'
Dr. Lecturer Kazım Dalkıran, also stating that these acts are carried out to disrupt the process, especially since Syrian terrorists lack identities and believe that developments here will not yield good results for them, said, 'Now, within the organization, these acts are being carried out for the terrorist state formation we call 'Terroristan' in northern Syria – a structure, of course, supported by America.'
Why was TUSAŞ chosen?
Dr. Lecturer Kazım Dalkıran, also touching upon the reason for choosing TUSAŞ, concluded his words as follows:
'We must accept that TUSAŞ was chosen, of course, to sabotage Turkey's progress in the national and domestic defense industry. Therefore, when we evaluate this process, two issues stand out: One, to prevent Turkey's progress in the domestic and national defense industry. Two, to hinder the atmosphere of peace and tranquility emerging within Turkey. And behind this, of course, we can assume America and Israel are involved.'
