Üsküdar University is making its digital infrastructure more user-friendly and secure every day. In this context, the 'Single Password' system, developed by the Department of Digital Technologies and Software and praised by YÖK, has now been launched with newly added MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) reset and easy email lookup features.

Üsküdar University, which supports its quality-oriented education approach with its digital ecosystem, is strengthening its digital service network.
Access to the Entire System with ‘Single Password’...
With the single password system implemented in line with Üsküdar University's digital transformation vision, academic staff, administrative staff, and students can open all doors of the university with a single key.
The system, updated with its new interface, provides service via teksifre.uskudar.edu.tr. The system brings together essential services such as LMS (Learning Management System), OBS (Student Information System), STIX, corporate e-mail, and Wi-Fi under one roof.
With the system, praised by YÖK, users achieve maximum time savings by accessing all digital resources of the university with a single password instead of separate passwords for each platform.
MFA Reset Feature
One of the most critical updates integrated into the system is the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) reset feature. Thanks to this new function, which maximizes cybersecurity, users can;
• When they change devices,
• In technical glitches such as the deletion of the Authenticator application,
Manage their own MFA verification processes without needing any technical support unit. This step ensures that the system is both secure and sustainable.
Student-Oriented Solution: "Learn My Email Address"
Another innovation added to the system to facilitate students' corporate communication processes is the "I Want to Learn My Student E-Mail Address" button.
Thanks to this feature, students can access the e-mail addresses they need to benefit from the university's digital services within seconds.
Digital Transformation and Quality Processes Will Continue Uninterruptedly
Murat Gülşen, Digital Transformation Coordinator of Üsküdar University, stated that the system is not only an access tool but also the center of the university's digital security. Gülşen also noted that their work within the scope of YÖKAK was met with appreciation by YÖK members, and added that they would continue to develop all their systems on the digital platform with user-friendly interfaces and new integrations.
