
The results of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester Student Feedback and Course Evaluation Surveys at Üsküdar University have been announced. In the evaluations, where students' opinions were gathered on many topics ranging from education to campus life, administrative services to social facilities, the university's general satisfaction rate was maintained at 80%, while students' expectations and suggestions provided important data to guide improvement efforts.

Opinions of over 14 thousand students were gathered
A total of 13,197 students participated in the Student Feedback Survey conducted within the scope of the 2025-2026 Spring Semester, with a maximum of 14,209 and a minimum of 11,130 participants. In the survey consisting of 25 questions, the general student satisfaction rate was 80%.

Campus and physical infrastructure became the area of highest satisfaction
According to the survey results, the topic where students showed the highest satisfaction was Campus and Physical Infrastructure, with 82.7%. In this category, security services, cleanliness, prayer areas, transportation, technological infrastructure, and the physical conditions of classrooms received high scores.

The services with the highest satisfaction rates were listed as follows:
- Cleanliness and suitability of restrooms: 86.16%
- Security services on campuses: 85.82%
- Sufficiency of prayer areas: 84.98%
- Physical arrangements for disabled access: 84.46%
- Transportation services to campuses: 82.77%
- Satisfaction in communication services: 80.4%
Students also positively evaluated the university's communication and information services. In the Communication and Information category, where information activities conducted via call center, online support channels, WhatsApp line, website, and social media were evaluated, the satisfaction rate was measured as 80.4%.

Active use of communication channels delighted
Students participating in the survey found the active use of communication channels such as social media, website, mobile application, and TV, as well as information activities, to be sufficient at a rate of 80.39%.
Satisfaction in education and academic services: 79.8%
In the Education and Academic Services category, where academic advising, distance education infrastructure, STIX file sharing system, LMS, and synchronous education applications were evaluated, the satisfaction rate was 79.8%.

Advisors' interest satisfies students
In this category, the topic where students showed the highest satisfaction, at 82.13%, was academic advisors allocating sufficient time to students.

8 out of 10 students recommend the university
78.8% of students responded positively to the statement in the survey, 'I would recommend our university to my relatives and friends.'
On the other hand, the satisfaction rate in the social and cultural life area was 74.8%, and satisfaction with administrative and support services was 77.81%.

Every feedback contributes to improvement efforts
While students' suggestions and improvement requests can be submitted through the Solution Center, it was also emphasized that every submitted application is meticulously evaluated by the relevant units and the process is carefully monitored.
Thanks were extended to all students who participated in the survey for their contributions and feedback, and it was stated that these evaluations significantly contribute to the development of a student-centered service approach and continuous improvement of education quality.
