An event titled “Come on, Leave a Mark!” was held by the Quality Club of Üsküdar Üniversitesi's Health, Culture and Sports Department. The event, which revealed the power of quality awareness in individual and social transformation, aimed to transform the understanding of quality from merely a theoretical concept into a livable and sustainable value.

The event, held in the Kuleli hall of the Central Campus, attracted significant interest.
The societal impacts of quality were discussed
Following the speech by Şevval Pınar Erboğan, President of the Quality Club, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Nebiye Yaşar, Director of Üsküdar Üniversitesi's Young Brains Academy Application and Research Center (GBA), delivered the opening speech. Yaşar, who gave a presentation titled 'Leaving a Mark in Society: Making a Difference with Quality', evaluated how quality creates an impact in individual lives and its societal implications.
Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Nebiye Yaşar also emphasized the importance of integrating quality into all aspects of life and the active participation of young people in social responsibility projects.

The role of quality in many areas was addressed
Participants then identified concepts representing quality through the “Quality and Value Matching” game and explored their connection to social life.
In an interactive presentation titled “Individual Quality, Social Impact”, the role of quality was discussed in many areas, from personal development to healthcare. Participants shared their ideas for improving quality in the “Quality Map in Society” workshop.
Ideas that leave a mark, sustainable solutions…
In the “Quality Detectives” activity, participants divided into groups and developed solutions for social quality problems encountered in daily life. Participants presented innovative approaches to improve quality.
In another part of the event, the “Leave a Mark!” simulation was carried out. In the simulation, a small act of social good was identified, and participants experienced how it could evolve into a significant social transformation through a chain reaction.
Experiences for the “leaving a mark” simulation were shared
At the same time, success stories of individuals who had left a mark were shared within the scope of the event, and how quality awareness could be made sustainable was discussed.
Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Ayhan Özşahin, on the other hand, shared his experiences for the “leaving a mark” simulation with the youth.
The aim was to increase quality-oriented approaches in business life
The event aimed to spread the culture of quality, enable young people to gain social responsibility awareness, raise awareness for sustainable development, strengthen academic and sectoral collaborations, and increase quality-oriented approaches in education and business life.
After the certificates were presented to the participants, the event concluded with a group photo session.
