The certificate program was attended by Sadık Paksoy, Vice President of Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP); Selahattin Arslan, Vice President of Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP); Prof. Dr. İlham Miraç, Board Member of Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP); Seyda Ünlükul, Secretary of Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP); and 16 students from various countries, who received their certificates.

Prof. Dr. Alparslan Açıkgenç: “I hope this education will be beneficial for you and the educators”

Prof. Dr. Alparslan Açıkgenç, Board Member of Üsküdar University Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP), delivered the opening speech of the certificate ceremony and wished for the education to be beneficial. Açıkgenç said; “Our marathon has ended. I hope this education will be beneficial for you and the educators. We hope it will continue for generations after you. Our goal was to understand the meaning of existence. ‘Why are we here? Why are we in this world? What is our purpose? What are our responsibilities, and how will we prepare ourselves to fulfill them, and what kind of meaning do we derive from all this?’ We sought answers to these questions. I hope this has been beneficial for all of us. RİNAP’s goal is to continue these studies at the postgraduate level. I hope you will help us with your experience and what you have learned, and continue to support us in the future.”

Prof. Dr. Niyazi Beki: “We will continue our activities in the future”

Prof. Dr. Niyazi Beki, President of the Institute of Sufi Studies and Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP), expressed great pleasure in hosting the students of the Institute of Integrated Knowledge and emphasized the importance of practicing in learning. Beki said; “We are very happy that you are here. Our aim is not just to impart knowledge, but to facilitate learning. Because in the religion of Islam, knowledge acquired without practice has no meaning. It is gratifying to see Muslim women becoming active in learning activities. It is observed that greater success can be achieved when they are part of this process. God willing, we will continue our activities in the future.”

Prof. Dr. Necati Aydın: “In classes, we treat everyone as a learning partner”

Prof. Dr. Necati Aydın, Advisory Board Member of Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP), participated in the ceremony online. Aydın said; “This is a learning community. In classes, we treat everyone as a learning partner, and we try to learn together. I think this has been very beneficial for the learning community. We have people from various careers, and this has been enriching for us. Thank you for your contribution.”

Prof. Dr. Faris Kaya: “The more you feel your helplessness, the closer you get to Allah”

Prof. Dr. Faris Kaya, Advisory Board Member of Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP), delivered his speech at the certificate ceremony. Kaya said; “The Holy Quran has a kind of reflection, and we need to understand what Allah says. The interpretation of ‘Bismillahirrahmanirrahim’ states that we need to learn three things: remembrance (zikir), contemplation (fikir), and gratitude (şükür). The more you feel your helplessness, the closer you get to Allah. I am grateful that you came here and thank you very much. Working with these countries to understand Risale-i Nur was a kind of identity for me. Thank you all.”

Summer school continued for five days

Students from the Institute of Integrated Knowledge participated in the summer school, where the topic of existence and meaning was discussed for five days, both in person at the Üsküdar University South Campus Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP) meeting hall and online, earning their certificates.

The closing program concluded with a group photo session after the presentation of certificates.
