Üsküdar Üniversitesi Quality and Human Resources Directorate, by Levent Sayar, Assistant Quality Manager, is providing Quality Awareness Training to university staff. In the trainings that started as of June 2021, within the scope of Quality Awareness Trainings, it is aimed to establish and reinforce a culture of quality and a quality perspective among all employees.

Quality Awareness Training Provided to University Staff
'Awareness Efforts Being Made for Quality Management System'
Awareness efforts are being made in Üsküdar Üniversitesi training rooms, in compliance with pandemic measures, to create an effective quality management system for university staff.
During the training, employees are informed about the university's mission, vision, and policies.
Within the scope of the training, university staff are also provided with information on quality management systems and methods for improving processes, emphasizing the principle of continuous improvement, which is the university's most fundamental and lasting goal, and the principle of always seeking betterment.
In the trainings, detailed information is provided to the staff on the importance of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, corrective actions and preventive actions for improvement, creating a risk-based perspective, a data-driven decision-making approach, stakeholder focus, and process-oriented approaches.
The trainings will continue throughout June.
