Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zihni Sungur is known for his expertise, particularly in the fields of Cognitive (Behavioral) Therapies and Couple and Sex Therapies.
He previously served as the president of the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT) and was the first non-US president of the International Association for Cognitive Psychotherapy (IACP). He was also awarded the 'gold medal' by the European Federation of Sexology.
