Vice-Rector of Üsküdar Üniversitesi, Director of the Institute of Addiction and Forensic Sciences, Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy, and department faculty members met with first-year Forensic Sciences students and their families. Atasoy provided information about the school and courses to the families, who were delighted to have the opportunity to be in their children's school environment. Department academicians also shared their insights during the meeting.

Stating that she deemed such a meeting appropriate to bring together the students' relatives, Atasoy said; “Everyone here is our child, rest assured,” she added, informing the families about the course and program content.
During the meeting, which was also attended by department academicians, they answered questions from students and families and shared insights about the program's operation.
Atasoy also gave the floor to each family member individually, listening to their feelings and thoughts.
Families, stating that such an opportunity is not commonly offered at other universities and that they could entrust their children to the school with peace of mind, thanked Üsküdar Üniversitesi and expressed their wish for these meetings to continue regularly.
During the gathering, which also included the younger members of the families, Atasoy took souvenir photos with the families and signed her books for readers.
