Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan's New Book: “Raising Children at Peace with Their Gender (Girls Like Girls, Boys Like Boys)”

Üsküdar University Founding Rector and Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan's new book, “Raising Children at Peace with Their Gender (Girls Like Girls, Boys Like Boys),” has met with readers. The book aims to guide families against the gender neutralization policies becoming widespread today. Tarhan emphasizes that a child's sexual identity development not progressing parallel to their biological nature causes gender identity disorder, and notes that the risk of suicide is 2 times higher and the risk of psychiatric illness is 20 times higher in these individuals.

Üsküdar University Founding Rector, Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, published his new book titled “Raising Children at Peace with Their Gender (Girls Like Girls, Boys Like Boys).” 

Published by Aile Yayınları with the main theme 'Protect Your Family,' the book aims to provide guidance against today's gender neutralization policies.
In the book, edited by Ayşe Çetintaş, it is emphasized that the 'gender neutralization' policies being pursued today must be acknowledged as a very dangerous project. The book states that a primary goal of this project is to 'Disrupt the family structure!' and points out that 'gender neutralization' is the last card, the last trump, the last major project of global powers for the annihilation of humanity.

The Book Answers Questions Like “How Do I Make My Child Love Their Gender?”

Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan's book, which stands firmly against the 'gender neutralization' movement, offers practical suggestions on how parents can support children's gender identities and what can be done for healthy gender development. 

The book also frankly answers dozens of parental questions awaiting answers, such as “How do I make my child love their gender?”, “How do I support the period of gender development?”, and “What should I do if they exhibit gender-inconsistent behaviors?”

The work penned by Prof. Dr. Tarhan aims to help individuals raise their children as individuals at peace with their gender.
The book, consisting of 4 sections, covers: 

- Family Ecosystem, 

- Child's Gender Development,

- Parental Attitudes, 

- The Impact of Traumas on Sexual Development, 

and addresses these main topics with many more subheadings. 

Suicide Risk is 2 Times Higher!

Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan points out that a child's sexual identity development not progressing parallel to their biological nature causes gender identity disorder, and notes that the risk of suicide is 2 times higher and the risk of psychiatric illness is 20 times higher in those with this condition (Transsexual), warning, “The choice is yours.”
