Üsküdar University Founding Rector, Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan met with the executives of Energy Markets Operations Inc. (EPİAŞ) within the scope of in-house seminars. Tarhan made important presentations to EPİAŞ members on the topic of ‘Increasing Employee Loyalty and Sense of Belonging’.

In this context, Tarhan met with EPİAŞ executives in Istanbul.
Prof. Dr. Tarhan, who delivered a presentation on strengthening the employees’ sense of belonging and manager–employee relations, addressed EPİAŞ executives.
In the seminar titled ‘Increasing Employee Loyalty and Sense of Belonging’, Tarhan made remarkable evaluations regarding the relationship between the concepts of morality and ethics, and different types of managers.
While the administrators and employees of the Energy Markets Operations Inc. showed great interest in the seminar, Tarhan also answered participants’ questions.
