Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan in Medikongre Magazine with his article 'Stop, Think, Restart'…
In his article, Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan states that the new year should be seen as an important opportunity to stop, think, and restart, emphasizing that humans come into the world with a unique set of abilities that make them open to development, unlike other beings. Tarhan notes that the human brain possesses a high degree of neuroplasticity, meaning it is an organ highly open to change and adaptation, stating, “Areas invested in the brain grow and develop. Our brain develops according to that plasticity, it develops itself. Therefore, to develop yourself with that plasticity, we must absolutely want and aim for it.” He uses these expressions.
