Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, attended the “5th Creation in the Light of Sciences Congress” organized by Kütahya Dumlupınar University as a speaker. Tarhan stated in his speech titled “Neuroquantology and Creation” that with Industry 4.0, the definition of a digital, i.e., information-based, universe emerged as a model. Tarhan, stating that chromosomes in DNA and the DNA chain work in a very closely related manner, said, “A person’s identity and personality are actually shaped in their brain. Approximately 30-40 percent of information comes from genes, and on top of that, there is a personality structure that is subsequently built at a rate of 60-70 percent.”
“A Person’s Identity is Shaped in Their Brain”
Üsküdar Üniversitesi Founding Rector, Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, attended the “5th Creation in the Light of Sciences Congress” organized by Kütahya Dumlupınar University. Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan stated in his opening speech titled “Neuroquantology and Creation” that with Industry 4.0, the definition of a digital, information-based universe emerged.
With Industry 4.0, the Information-Based Universe Emerged
Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan stated that the universe we live in was previously defined as a matter-based universe, adding, “Until the last 10 years, it was mentioned that beyond the matter base, there was an energy-based universe. With Industry 4.0, the definition of a digital, that is, information-based, universe emerged as a model. It was accepted that matter has 3 states: solid, liquid, and gas. Now, there is also the state of information. A large database exists in the universe. In the universal database model, there is a wavelength and frequency distribution. The lower the frequency, the higher the wavelength should be in parallel. It is necessary to emphasize that we are in an electromagnetic universe, and it is governed by information.”
Approximately 140 Billion Cells are Found in the Human Brain
Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan stated that the human brain operates with electrical and chemical signals, saying, “In the human brain, which is known to have approximately 140 billion cells, synaptic firings occur. Cells in the brain work in this way. Psychiatric diseases are now more often viewed as ‘speech disorders of a specific brain region.’ There are voltage-gated ion channels in the human brain. When a stimulus reaches voltage-dependent ion channels, calcium, sodium, and potassium channels open, and an electric current begins to flow into the cell. When it reaches a certain level, an action potential is generated. Cells become active, and one cell in the brain begins to communicate with another. The brain has such a characteristic.”
A Person’s Identity is Shaped in Their Brain
Tarhan, stating that chromosomes in DNA and the DNA chain work in a very closely related manner, said, “The environment changes genes. A person’s identity and personality are actually shaped in their brain. Approximately 30-40 percent of information comes from genes, and on top of that, there is a personality structure that is subsequently built at a rate of 60-70 percent. That creates genetic polymorphism in the brain. According to that polymorphism, the individual’s personality is shaped.”
If the Frontal Lobe of the Brain Did Not Exist, Civilizations Would Not Exist
Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan stated that a study by the University of California showing the effects on the brain before and after depression treatment was conducted, saying, “It is the frontal lobe of the brain that makes us human. If the frontal lobe of the brain did not exist, there would be no civilization. After treatment, the frontal lobe and other regions of the brain become similar. In schizophrenic individuals, the human characteristics in the frontal lobe of the brain do not function. The effects that emerge in the posterior region, however, transform a person into someone living in a dream world. The human brain actually works like a machine. This is generally true for all cells, but there are intelligent functions predominantly in eukaryotic cells and brain cells. Other cells do not possess such advanced intelligent functions. The brain has a computational function.”
Birds Have a Quantum Compass in Their Brains
Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan said that birds have a quantum compass in their brains and continued his words as follows:
“They can fly both transcontinental and at night. Birds absorb blue light photons in their brains. A different spin state emerges that brings them to a superposition. There are signals in birds' brains that read this to determine direction. Thus, a bird released from Jerusalem can easily find its way to Istanbul. They can do this thanks to magnetic waves. It is even said that they cannot use magnetic waves during earthquakes. There is evidence that not only birds but also other living creatures perceive the Earth's magnetic field. According to a recently published study, humans can also perceive magnetic fields. Dr. Kwon – Seok Chae and his colleagues showed in experiments that people who were starved for a long time perceived the Earth's magnetic field and moved towards food sources. In tissue cultures, monkey and human nerve cells can communicate with each other and reproduce in the same direction.”
We Brought Magnetic Stimulation Therapy to Turkey in 2003
Emphasizing the importance of anesthesia in the brain – quantum relationship, Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan said, “Many studies have been conducted on how people lose consciousness when put under anesthesia. At that point, quantum was reached. Biological processes in the brain are also not very favorable for quantum, because quantum requires cold processes. That’s why quantum coherence does not last long. We brought Magnetic Stimulation Therapy, approved by the FDA in 2008, to Turkey in 2003 and use it extensively. Even further, Deep TMS has emerged. In this method, treatment can be done by sending magnetic stimuli to specific regions of the brain. Magnetic stimuli are applied to the brain, and firing is done all the way to the deep limbic system of the brain. Neurons become active, and with such a mechanism, the energy flow in the brain is altered, increasing the effectiveness of medications. Another treatment method is phototherapy. In this method, treatment is done with light.”
We Should Integrate Scientific Data More
Tarhan stated that ‘intelligent design’ is currently taught as a subject against evolution in states like Louisiana in America, adding, “We will also publish this in a book soon. Intelligent design can be described as a way of thinking that an external intelligence designed evolution, contrary to evolution. It is now accepted and gaining approval. Our initiation of the creation movement in the light of sciences was very timely. This is about catching the future. In this age dominated by science and reason, we need to integrate scientific data more.”
