Prof. Dr. Nesrin Kartal Özer, a Faculty Member of the Department of Medical Biochemistry, Üsküdar Üniversitesi Faculty of Medicine, participated in the 53rd Symposium of The Korean Academy of Science and Technology held in South Korea. Özer also served as an invited speaker at the events 'New Insights on the Landscape of Redox Signaling in Human Diseases' and 'New Paradigm for Research on Oxidative Stress&Inflammation', organized by Seoul National University.

Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Nesrin Kartal Özer, who participated as an invited guest at the SFRR-Asia 2022 'New Paradigm for Research on Oxidative Stress&Inflammation' meeting organized by Seoul National University in South Korea, also delivered a speech titled 'Cholesterol impact on cellular stress promoting nonalcoholic steatohepatitis' at the meeting, where she served as session chair.
