Prof. Dr. Halis Köylü has added a new one to the books he has authored to date. Köylü's book titled “Medical Pathophysiology - Stepping into the Clinic” met its readers.
The book, which shows students why they learn preclinical information and how to use it, aims to enable students to think about symptoms and findings on a pathophysiological basis.

Prof. Dr. Halis Köylü, a faculty member of the Physiology Department at Üsküdar Üniversitesi Faculty of Medicine and author of the books “Clinical Medical Physiology,” “Physiology,” “Basic Physiology,” and “Anatomy-Fizyoloji,” stated that this book was written due to the need for an understandable book that addresses mechanisms, diagnosis, and treatment with an integrated perspective.
He stated that their goals are to show students why they learn preclinical information and how to use it, to introduce students to diseases that arise from impaired functions, and to enable students to think about symptoms and findings on a pathophysiological basis.
