Üsküdar Üniversitesi, Turkey's first thematic university in the fields of behavioral sciences and health, opened its doors to prospective students and their families who have completed an exam marathon and reached the preference stage.

Candidates can access information from many channels such as online meetings, live support, call center, WhatsApp line, information forms, and social media at this center, which they can reach anytime, anywhere.

Meeting Candidates at YÖK Virtual Fair
Üsküdar Üniversitesi is also participating in the Study in Turkey YÖK Virtual Fair 2021, which is the second edition organized this year by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and is the most comprehensive virtual fair featuring Turkey's higher education institutions. The fair, to be held under the name "Discover Your University YÖK Virtual Fair 2021", can be visited for four days between 09:00 and 17:00.
The Giant Maiden's Tower is at EKET Fair this time
Üsküdar Üniversitesi is not leaving candidates alone at the EKET Fair this year either. At this fair, which guides candidates in university and department preferences, Üsküdar's expert staff will meet with candidates. Both academics and preference counselors will provide information about departments and programs to candidates attending the fair for 3 days. Candidates will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with preference counselors. Candidates will gather around the giant Maiden's Tower, which has been moved to the fairground this year.
"Life is a Choice" Meets Candidates at the Fairground
Within the scope of the fair, Exp. Psych. Couns. Ece Tözeniş and Şaban Özdemir will meet with prospective students at the Istanbul Congress Center fairground with "Life is a Choice" gatherings. Tözeniş and Özdemir will answer all questions from candidates face-to-face.
"Life is a Choice" on TV100 Screens This Weekend
The "Life is a Choice" program, broadcast every Saturday and Sunday on TV 100 screens throughout the preference period, hosted by journalist Şaban Özdemir, with Education Specialist Psych. Couns. Ece Tözeniş as a permanent guest, guides candidates on career and university selection. The program, edited by Ebranur Özdemir, provides information to university candidates about the preference period.
"While Coming to Üsküdar" on ÜÜ TV
Support for candidates is also continuing from ÜÜ TV. In programs broadcast live on ÜÜ TV every weekday, moderated by Ali Çakmak, the departments, programs, and opportunities offered by the university are explained with the participation of academics and expert names.
"Yellow T-shirts" Welcome Candidates Again
Candidates visiting Üsküdar Üniversitesi are welcomed by the university's students this year as well. The "Yellow T-shirts," as they are known, guide candidates through the university's departments, providing them with information on everything they are curious about.
Determine Your Profession with the "Career Test"
Üsküdar Üniversitesi also offers a career test to candidates who are undecided about their chosen profession. The Career Test, also known as the "Holland Occupational Preference Scoring Chart," consists of 90 questions. Candidates' answers of "I like" or "I dislike" reveal their personality type. In the Career Test, which highlights the distinct characteristics of types identified as "Realistic," "Investigative," "Artistic," "Social," "Enterprising," and "Conventional," suitable activities and typical professions for these types are explained.
The Career Test aims to help candidates who have difficulty deciding on their chosen profession by identifying areas of interest.
Preference with Preference Experts…
Candidates will be able to make their preferences under the leadership of career counselor Exp. Psych. Couns. Ece Tözeniş, along with education expert Ertuğrul Tut and accompanying guidance specialists. Additionally, candidates will be able to create a preference list based on their success ranking with preference counselors, using the provided YKS robot service.
