The peer review process conducted within the Graduate School of Health Sciences at Üsküdar University was successfully completed. In the exit report shared at the end of the visit, the Graduate School’s prominent strengths as well as areas requiring improvement were comprehensively addressed. In addition, the quality related activities carried out and the improvement processes were examined in detail.

The evaluation, held in the Senate Hall at the Main Campus, was carried out by the Director of the Graduate School of Science, Assoc. Prof. Muhammed Enis Bulak, and Asst. Prof. Öznur Eyilcim from the Food Technology Program of the Vocational School of Health Services.
The peer review process was conducted under the chairmanship of Vice Rector and Director of the Graduate School of Health Sciences, Prof. Türker Tekin Ergüzel. The process involved the Graduate School administration, heads of departments, graduate program alumni, and staff from the Student Affairs Department. The peer review process was also officially documented through meeting minutes.
In addition, an evaluation with graduate students was conducted by Asude Nur Algül, Student Representative of the Graduate School of Addiction and Forensic Sciences.
The graduate school’s activities were examined in detail
The evaluation began with a presentation on the Graduate School and its graduate programs. During the process, the Graduate School’s mission and vision, strategic goals and objectives, curricula of graduate programs, numbers of students enrolled in graduate programs, satisfaction rates, events organized by the Graduate School, meetings held with external stakeholders, social contribution and social responsibility activities, quality related practices, and improvement processes were examined in detail.
Quality practices were addressed in a holistic manner
Following the evaluation, the reviewing team comprehensively discussed the Graduate School’s strengths and areas requiring development.
The peer review process was concluded with the sharing of the exit report.
