The peer evaluation process carried out at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine was successfully completed. Throughout the process, practices aimed at strengthening the understanding of quality assurance, disseminating the institutional quality culture, and ensuring its sustainability across the faculty were evaluated in detail.
The evaluation process was held at NP Health Campus
Participating in the peer evaluation process held at Üsküdar University NP Health Campus were; Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine Dean Prof. Dr. Haydar Sur, Associate Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Aydın, Faculty of Medicine Quality Commission Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Harika Öykü Dinç, and Health Sciences Faculty, Midwifery Department faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayça Demir Yıldırım. Faculty members, students, and internal-external stakeholders also contributed to the process.

One-on-one meetings and academic discussions were held
The peer evaluation process was conducted under the leadership of Health Sciences Faculty, Midwifery Department faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayça Demir Yıldırım.
As part of the study, one-on-one meetings were held with academics and students identified by the faculty; evaluations regarding academic processes were made.

Educational environments were examined on-site
As part of the program, classrooms and laboratories were visited, and the physical infrastructure, educational environments, and application areas were observed on-site.
Thanks to the field visits and meetings, the current structure of the faculty was subjected to a multifaceted evaluation.

Contribution to quality-oriented development was made
The peer evaluation study was completed as a productive process that supports the Faculty of Medicine's quality-oriented approach; contributing to making strengths visible and identifying areas open to development.
