Palestine Land Day Celebrations Held at Üsküdar Üniversitesi

‘Palestine Land Day Celebrations’ organized by the Üsküdar Üniversitesi Jerusalem Volunteers Club took place. The event's theme was “The 46th anniversary of Palestine Land Day and the 11th anniversary of the Syrian revolution”. İslam Asalya, İsra Almudallal, Saleh Zigari, Ahmad Hamada, Raid Alsalih, Leader of the White Helmets, Nidal Wakkan, and Muhammed Kendo attended the event.

At the event, it was stated that those who lost their lives in the war in Syria and Palestine would always be remembered, and it was emphasized that they gathered to commemorate them. During the event, where it was also expressed that Jerusalem was not forgotten, the desire for all Muslims to pray in Jerusalem in the near future was voiced, and prayers were recited.

Speaking at the program, SKS Event Manager Sadık Paksoy stated that we should not forget our sensitivities on this special day, and remembering them is one of our religious duties. Paksoy, stating that Jerusalem is the heart of the entire Ummah, said, “But right now, Jerusalem is alone, Jerusalem is sorrowful, Jerusalem is crying. If we are united, we will become a vast ocean. Therefore, you young students are the future of the Islamic world. You need to be very well-equipped with knowledge and wisdom.”
