OHS Students Now at Formula 1 Track

Üsküdar Üniversitesi Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) 3rd-year students made a technical trip to Istanbul Park, home to the Formula 1 track, under the leadership of OHS Lecturer Özgür Şener, as part of the ‘Traffic and Safe Driving Techniques’ course.

During the trip, conducted under the leadership of Dr. Rüştü Uçan, Head of the OHS Department, Özgür Şener, Lecturer at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Occupational Health and Safety, stated that they had the opportunity to observe safe driving trainings for drivers, which is one of the most important components of road traffic safety.

Şener said; “We were at Istanbul Park with the organization of Üsküdar Üniversitesi, hosted by HED Academy and Intercity Academy. We observed safe driving trainings for drivers, which is one of the most important components of road traffic safety. A very pleasant and special surprise of our course trip was our visits to the Tractor Museum and the Classic Cars Museum, which were also very enjoyable.”

The visit concluded after a group photo was taken.
