Corporate career opportunities explained to nursing candidates

The “Make a Difference in Your Career” event was held in cooperation with the Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Nursing and the Department of Career Center. In the event, which was organized with the participation of Erdem Health Group officials, career opportunities and recruitment processes in the healthcare sector were conveyed to nursing candidates nearing graduation.

Final year students of the Department of Nursing showed great interest in the event held at Üsküdar University NP Health Campus. 

Erdem Health Group Human Resources Manager Didem Güven Coşkun and Human Resources Specialist Sena Nur Beter attended the event as guests.

Detailing how human resources processes work in the healthcare sector, Coşkun shared corporate recruitment criteria, interview techniques, and the competencies primarily sought in candidates with the students. She also provided invaluable advice and guidance to help students stand out from their competitors in job and internship applications.
