5-Year Full Accreditation for New Media and Communication Turkish Department!

Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication New Media and Communication Turkish Department has earned full accreditation for a period of 5 years as a result of the evaluation process conducted by the Communication Research Association (İLAD). With this accreditation, the New Media and Communication Turkish Department's national-level quality assurance has been officially registered.

Underwent a Comprehensive Review

Within the scope of the evaluation conducted between November 9-12, 2025, the department underwent a comprehensive review in terms of its academic structure, education-training processes, and institutional operations. 

In this process, a multi-dimensional analysis was carried out by including students and external stakeholders, in addition to academic and administrative staff.

Approach to Continuous Improvement and Sustainable Quality

The accreditation, a result of the efforts carried out in line with Üsküdar University's quality-oriented education philosophy, once again demonstrated the institution's approach to continuous improvement and sustainable quality. 

The university, which prioritizes excellence in education, continues to raise its quality standards thanks to its strong academic staff, student-centered approach, and effective communication with its stakeholders.

Achieved National-Level Quality Assurance

The obtained 5-year full accreditation, while registering that the New Media and Communication Turkish Department has national-level quality assurance, also became a concrete indicator of Üsküdar University's emphasis on quality in higher education.
