Üsküdar University Career Center Department's alumni meetings continue. In this context, neuromarketing graduates gathered in cooperation with the Institute of Social Sciences Neuromarketing Department. The effects of artificial intelligence on the sector, career opportunities, and the future of the field were evaluated.

The event, held at the Central Campus Nermin Tarhan Conference Hall, was attended by; Dr. Lecturer Selami Varol Ülker, Head of Neuromarketing Department; Remziye Çopur, Head of Career Center Department; Tayfun Gözler, Head of Alumni Association; Mehmet Emin Ağaç, Chairman of the Board of Ağaç Group; Lecturer Önder Bakal, an alumnus of Üsküdar University Neuromarketing Department; along with academics and students.
During the event, which started with a breakfast program, pleasant moments were experienced, and participants had the opportunity to both meet with alumni and listen to sectoral experiences.

The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Neuromarketing Was Discussed
The opening speech of the program was delivered by Dr. Lecturer Selami Varol Ülker, Head of the Neuromarketing Department. Following the opening, Lecturer Önder Bakal, an alumnus, discussed the effects of artificial intelligence on neuromarketing. Bakal, making evaluations through a virtual survey application, shared his views on the societal impacts of artificial intelligence and its potential risks on human thinking skills.
Throughout the event, speakers and participants discussed the relationship between neuromarketing and artificial intelligence, the future of the field, and career opportunities.
"Our Aim is to Strengthen Our Alumni's Ties"
Tayfun Gözler, President of Üsküdar University Alumni Association, who took the floor at the event, provided information about the association's activities. Gözler stated; "Our association, established in 2015, regularly organizes alumni events. Our goal is to strengthen our alumni's ties with our university, enable them to reunite with their professors, and support them in developing their own professional networks."
Career Opportunities and New Applications Introduced
Remziye Çopur, Head of the Career Center Department, provided information about the Career Center's ongoing work in her speech and made announcements about the "Alumni Application" which will be launched shortly.

"We Need to Set Our Sails Correctly Against the Storm"
The last speaker of the event was Mehmet Emin Ağaç, Chairman of the Board of Ağaç Group. Referring to the applications of neuromarketing in daily life and commercial areas, Ağaç stated that artificial intelligence is not a threat but can be transformed into an opportunity with the right marketing strategies. Ağaç said; "No one can take the neuromarketing profession away from us. People will always need products, and marketing will continue to exist. The important thing is to set our sails correctly against the storm."
