Üsküdar Üniversitesi Vocational School of Health Services Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Program students organized a trip to the Zeytinburnu Medicinal Plants Garden. In the program accompanied by the Head of the Program, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Tuğba Kaman, students also had the opportunity for practical application.

Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Students Conduct Technical Excursion

During the technical trip held at Zeytinburnu Medicinal Plants Garden, students carried out a seed planting activity.
Students were given practical training on many subjects, including how the seed planting soil should be, planting depth according to seed size, and irrigation methods.

The students, consisting of 20 people, carried out seed planting that included medicinal plants such as echinacea and medicinal chamomile.
On the other hand, tropical and subtropical plants found in the greenhouse were also introduced to the students.
