Students benefiting from Üsküdar University’s strong infrastructure facilities continue their education in many laboratories such as the Prof. Dr. Sami Zan Anatomy Dissection Laboratory, Prof. Dr. Nurettin Ali Berkol Anatomy Model Laboratory, and Prof. Dr. Cihat Abaoğlu Medical Skills Training Laboratory.
As most anatomy instructors also state, it is an undeniable fact that no educational material can replace the experience gained through cadaver dissection. Faculty of Medicine students, within the scope of the Pathology course, have the privilege of dissecting real cadavers in the Prof. Dr. Sami Zan Anatomy Dissection Laboratory, allowing them to touch and feel the organs and tissues they have seen in books or atlases. Practical learning opportunities are offered to students.
