Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Speech and Language Therapy, hosted prominent figures who were in Turkey for the International Stuttering and Self-Help Symposium. Guests of the International Stuttering and Self-Help Symposium were at Üsküdar University

Tom Scharstein, Jamie Googan, Annie Hernandez, and Lisa Talley, who came to our country within the scope of the symposium, visited Üsküdar University NP Health Campus and met with the department's academicians under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ahmet Konrot, Head of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy at the Faculty of Health Sciences.

During the visit, productive discussions were held on planned joint studies, research, and training programs in the field of stuttering.
This meaningful meeting aims to not only open new academic horizons for students but also contribute to the development of studies for individuals affected by stuttering.
