A delegation from the University of Mataram (UNRAM) in Indonesia was hosted at Üsküdar University within the scope of cooperation talks.
The team, consisting primarily of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Mataram, MD Hamsu Kadriyan, along with Neurosurgery Specialist Rohadi M. Rosyidi and Head of Clinical Internship Ilsa Hunaifi, also visited Üsküdar University Founding Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan in his office.

During the meeting between Tarhan and the delegation, discussions were held on the ongoing work between the two universities and potential collaborations that could be established between the institutions.
During the visit, which was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Türker Tekin Ergüzel, steps to develop relations between the two universities were discussed in detail.
At the end of the visit, UNRAM Faculty of Medicine Dean MD Hamsu Kadriyan presented Tarhan with gifts unique to Indonesia.
