The Career Test, applied since 2015, has served as an important guide for 1 million 202 thousand 750 people in their career choices to date. In the last year, 516 thousand 806 candidates took the Career Test, which identifies areas where an individual can succeed, and thus shaped their future.
With the Career Test, undecided candidates can determine the areas where they can succeed based on their own talents and interests; those who have already decided on a profession also have the opportunity to test how suitable that profession is for them.
What is the Career Test?
Uzm. Psk. Dan. Ece Tözeniş, Education Institutions and Guidance Services Manager at Üsküdar Üniversitesi, stated that the Career Test, also known as the “Holland Occupational Themes Scoring Sheet,” consists of 90 questions. Tözeniş explained, “The candidates' 'I like' or 'I dislike' answers to the questions reveal their personality type. In the Career Test, which highlights the distinct characteristics of types defined as 'Realistic,' 'Investigative,' 'Artistic,' 'Social,' 'Enterprising,' and 'Conventional,' activities and typical professions suitable for these types are explained.”
