An event titled “Interview Lab” was held by the Üsküdar University Career Center Directorate. Gizem Sezgin Bekar, Senior Recruitment Specialist at Flo Group, was a guest at the event. Bekar gave a presentation titled “Human Resources Interview Simulation”.
The event, held at Üsküdar University South Campus E Block Socrates Hall, attracted significant interest.
Semra Gül, Career Center Sector Collaborations Specialist, moderated the event.
Gizem Sezgin Bekar, discussing recruitment processes and her experiences with the participants, emphasized the importance of understanding who the interviewee is, their position, maintaining mutual harmony during the interview, and meticulously controlling the recruitment process.
Bekar stated that the programs university students participated in on their resumes are very important for those interviewing with Human Resources, and this should be taken into account during the interview.
She underlined that students should also pay attention to this matter during the interview when applying for mandatory internship programs.
Bekar also answered questions about the internship program.
