Human Resources Interview Simulation Conducted

 A "Interview Lab" event was organized by Üsküdar University Career Center Department. The guest speaker for the event was Gizem Sezgin Bekar, Senior Recruitment Specialist at Flo Group. Bekar conducted a presentation titled "Human Resources Interview Simulation."

The event, which took place at the Sokrates Hall of Üsküdar University South Campus Block E, attracted significant attention.

The event was moderated by Semra Gül, Industry Collaborations Expert at the Career Center.

Gizem Sezgin Bekar shared insights with the participants regarding the recruitment process and her experiences. She emphasized the importance of knowing who the person being interviewed is, what position they work in, maintaining mutual rapport during the interview, and ensuring the recruitment process is meticulously monitored.

Bekar also highlighted the importance of programs participated in by university students on their resumes and suggested that these programs should be considered during interviews.

She also emphasized that students should be attentive to these aspects during the interview, especially when applying for mandatory internship programs.

 Bekar also answered questions regarding the internship program.
