High-level meeting in Ümraniye after Üsküdar…

Üsküdar Üniversitesi and NPİSTANBUL Hastanesi board members met with Ümraniye's high-level local administrators after Üsküdar. Among them, AK Party Members of Parliament, as well as the district governor, mayor, and high-level local administrators, gathered at a dinner hosted under the leadership of Üsküdar Üniversitesi Founding Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan. During the evening, held in a cordial atmosphere and attended by the newly appointed Ümraniye District Governor Abdulaziz Aydın, potential collaborations in education and health were also discussed.

Üsküdar Üniversitesi Founding Rector Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, Ümraniye District Governor Abdulaziz Aydın, Ümraniye Mayor İsmet Yıldırım, from Üsküdar Üniversitesi, Board of Trustees Chairman Furkan Tarhan, Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zelka, Tarhan Foundation Board Member and Health Institutions Director Fırat Tarhan, Vice-Rectors Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy, Prof. Dr. Hikmet Koçak, Tarhan Foundation Board Member M. Vuslat Bekaroğlu, as well as Ümraniye District Mufti Muharrem Gül, Ümraniye Deputy Mayors Sibel Şenocak, Ayşe Yanık, and Üsküdar Üniversitesi Secretary-General Selçuk Uysaler, Deputy Secretary-General Asil Barış Bağ, Head of Strategy Development Department Ayşe Öztürk, Private Secretary Naringül Aksu, and Head of Corporate Communications Department Tahsin Aksu attended the high-level protocol dinner held at Üsküdar Üniversitesi NP Health Campus.

Also present at the night were Halide İncekara, Istanbul AK Party Member of Parliament for the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th terms, Osman Boyraz, Istanbul AK Party Member of Parliament for the 24th, 26th, and 27th terms, and Mihrimah Belma Satır, along with Mustafa Ataş, Istanbul AK Party Member of Parliament for the 27th Term. 

At the dinner, held in a cordial atmosphere with live music, project topics to be developed through collaboration between the university and public institutions were discussed.

Furthermore, at the dinner, Osman Boyraz, Istanbul AK Party Member of Parliament for the 24th, 26th, and 27th terms, recited the poem “Sirkeciden Tren Gider” by Poet Ali Akbaş. The poem read by Boyraz was greatly appreciated by the attendees.

After the dinner, Üsküdar Üniversitesi Founding Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan and Furkan Tarhan gave the guests a tour of the NP Health campus. They provided information about the facilities and opportunities Üsküdar University offers to students.
