Üsküdar University Healthcare Institutions Management and Social Security Program students, under the guidance of Dr. Lecturer Gamze Kağan, visited the factory of Virtus Ambalaj Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which operates in Bursa Gemlik. During the visit, conducted within the scope of the General Business course, students had the opportunity to closely observe the factory and its operations.
During the trip, conducted under the guidance of Dr. Lecturer Gamze Kağan, students were welcomed by Virtus Ambalaj Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. manager Erdal Aydın and his team.
Students were comprehensively informed about the establishment, development, structure, and operations of the factory.
Erdal Aydın also informed the students about the quality systems they implement and worker-employer relations.
With this trip, students had the chance to gain first-hand information from the manager and employees of a 100% Turkish-capitalized company and to practically experience the theories they learned in their courses.
