Hacer Doğancı's Designs Featured in GMK Exhibition

Designs by Hacer Doğancı, a student from the Üsküdar Üniversitesi Faculty of Communication, Visual Communication Design Department, were featured in the 43rd Graphic Design exhibition organized by the Professional Association of Graphic Designers (GMK). Doğancı, who submitted her designs developed in Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dicle Yıldırım's Digital Illustration class to the GMK competition, had her designs selected for the exhibition. Doğancı stated that exhibiting her designs was an exciting experience. 

Hacer Doğancı's works can be visited at the Marmara Faculty of Fine Arts between November 23 and December 13.

Hacer Doğancı: "I thought my work should also be here."

Hacer Doğancı participated in a GMK exhibition visit event held as part of the VCD Workshop last year. Expressing how impressed she was by the works in the exhibition, Doğancı conveyed her feelings at the time with these words: "Last year, when I visited the 42nd GMK Exhibition with my professors, the works on display deeply impressed me. I thought, 'My work should also be here.'"

Stating that this visit was a great source of motivation, Doğancı, inspired by it, submitted her designs developed in Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dicle Yıldırım's Digital Illustration class to the GMK competition. The successful designs were selected for the exhibition.

Doğancı, stating that exhibiting her designs was an exciting experience, used the following expressions about the process: "Participating in the 43rd Graphic Design exhibition was both an exciting and inspiring journey for me."
