Üsküdar University is expanding its internationalization vision. Within this scope, it has added a new one to its global collaborations. An academic and scientific cooperation agreement was signed between Üsküdar University and Communication University of China, one of China's prestigious educational institutions.

A delegation led by Prof. Dr. Liao Xiangzhong, Rector of Communication University of China, attended the visit hosted by Üsküdar University's Directorate of International Relations Erasmus+ Coordination Office.  

The delegation was welcomed by Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Türker Tekin Ergüzel, Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Dr. Gül Esra Atalay, faculty members, and the Erasmus+ Coordination Office.

Emphasizing the importance of the collaboration, Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör noted that the visit and the signed protocol are a very concrete step towards establishing strong academic and cultural ties in the field of communication.

With this strategic collaboration, new doors of opportunity have also opened globally for students and academics of both universities.

A common future in communication sciences...

With the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed during the meeting held in a cordial atmosphere, the foundations for academic and scientific cooperation between the two universities were laid.  

Key topics highlighted during the meeting included joint projects and international mobility. In this context:

Joint Projects: Planning projects that will combine the expertise of both countries in the field of communication sciences.

International Mobility: Increasing cultural and scientific interaction through student and academic staff exchange programs.

Furthermore, a presentation on Üsküdar University's academic structure and facilities was also given during the meeting.
