The "Industry and Leadership Days" program organized by Üsküdar Üniversitesi Industry and Engineering Club was held with the participation of Asus Turkey Manager Özge Kılıç Güler, IBS CEO Murat Çiftçi, Paket Taksi CEO Bülent Ozan, and L'oreal General Manager Mehmet Karamollaoğlu.
The program, which started with the opening speeches of Üsküdar Üniversitesi Industry and Engineering Club President Melisa Yarşılıkal and Dr. Lecturer Murat Anlı, continued with presentations and narratives from the participants at the Central Campus Nermin Tarhan Conference Hall.

Özge Kılıç Güler; “Probability is between zero and one’’
Asus Turkey Manager Özge Kılıç Güler, who started her speech by providing information about Asus's place and importance in the Turkish market, continued her words as follows: “Probability is between zero and one, friends. You can take the derivative of pages and pages, if you subtract a negative, you will see a huge zero at the end of the page. So, whatever you learn here, please grasp its logic. Once you grasp the logic, you won't need to study. You will graduate from university. And you will use this in your professional life. When it comes to my university life, was I the most hardworking? No, I wasn't. I generally traveled, because I loved to travel, wander, have fun, be social, and live in the moment. Was I the smartest? No, we had top students in school and class. I am not one of them, but I never failed a class and I graduated with a certain average. I wanted to do both at the same time. I wanted to learn and develop myself. At the same time, I wanted to be social and communicate. This is what is real in my life. If you cannot apply what you learn and sell it with your communication, I think it has no meaning. I think the clubs established here are most useful for this. Being a part of a club here truly adds great value.”

Murat Çiftçi; “Listen to your heart’’
IBS CEO Murat Çiftçi, speaking about his educational background, provided information to students about job interviews. Çiftçi said; “How will you conduct job interviews? Which questions will you answer? How will you sit? What will you say? What will you be able to say? I prepared for all of these, but I met someone who had such an aura that all my strategy disappeared. At one point, I said okay, I'm not even asking about my salary. I'm not asking where the office is, I don't know what is being done. Whatever they said, I agreed. Some of you are from different disciplines. Whichever path you choose, some of you are still undecided about what to do, with no idea. I have been with the same company for 25 years. This is the biggest indicator for me. Listen to your heart.”

Bülent Ozan; “The virtual market is my project’’
Paket Taksi CEO Bülent Ozan, giving examples from his own business life, said; “I graduated from METU Industrial Engineering in 1996. After that, I worked for about two years. In 1997, I started working with Migros. The virtual market is my project. Go in front of Migros stores, and you'll mostly see our motorcycles.” He concluded his speech by giving advice to the students.

Mehmet Karamollaoğlu; “The best examples come from China’’
L'oreal General Manager Mehmet Karamollaoğlu said; “All the money is currently shifting to Asia. Despite geopolitical policies, there is a significant flow of capital coming to Asia. Companies are investing there. China used to be preferred only to keep costs low. Now, they are very, very satisfied with the quality too. In trade and digital success, the best examples always come from China. There are very hardworking, highly educated, and good teams there. Money is shifting here, and it will continue to shift here, due to low production costs and satisfactorily high quality.”
The event concluded with a group photo session and plaque presentation.
