The "Four Seasons of Being a Good Person" Social Innovation Model Project team, implemented in cooperation with Üsküdar Üniversitesi, Antalya Governorship and the Healthy Life Association (SAYAD) and supported by the Ministry of Interior, has started its work. The project team carried out its first activity at project stakeholder Üsküdar Üniversitesi, conducting field work and making assessments on the project's sustainability.

Information About the Project Provided by Project Coordinators
The "Four Seasons of Being a Good Person" Project team gathered at Üsküdar Üniversitesi. The team, led by Project Management Cycle Consultant and Üsküdar Üniversitesi Young Brains Academy Director Dr. Lecturer Nebiye Yaşar, evaluated their projects. Project Coordinator Rümeysa Bayraktar and Assistant Project Coordinator Seyda Aksoy organized practical awareness activities covering 'project presentation, internal project correspondence techniques, and project activities'. The project team, which received Applied Project Cycle Management Training with the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education R&D team to examine exemplary social innovation projects on site and benefit from experiences, consulted on their projects.
Dr. Lecturer Nebiye Yaşar Demonstrated Project Stages Practically
The training held at the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education was given by Dr. Lecturer Nebiye Yaşar. The training explained how a project should be planned, managed, controlled, and terminated, with all stages to be managed during the project process demonstrated practically. Furthermore, practical examples illustrated what methods participants could use to succeed when encountering different project problems.
Bayraktar and Aksoy Provided Information About the Project
Rümeysa Bayraktar, Coordinator of the "Four Seasons of Being a Good Person" Project, provided general information about their projects, detailed the project's starting point, and articulated the problems of the project's target audience. Assistant Project Coordinator Seyda Nur Aksoy explained the project activities and the workshops involved in the project. Aksoy also answered questions directed to her.
The "Four Seasons of Being a Good Person" Project Has Many Stakeholders, Including the Ministry of Interior
The "Four Seasons of Being a Good Person Social Innovation Model Project" was deemed worthy of support within the scope of the Ministry of Interior's General Directorate of Relations with Civil Society 2022 Civil Society Support Program and commenced its activities on September 1, 2022, under the execution of the Antalya Healthy Life Association (SAYAD).
Other stakeholders of the project, prepared in cooperation with Antalya Governorship (Provincial Social Studies and Project Directorate) and Üsküdar Üniversitesi, are; Kepez Municipality, Antalya Provincial Mufti's Office, Antalya Provincial Directorate of National Education, Antalya Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, Antalya Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, Kepez District Directorate of National Education, Antalyaspor Club Association, and Akdeniz ILKE Culture and Solidarity Association.
