The “Experimental Animal Use Certificate Training Program” was held by Üsküdar University Neuropsychopharmacology Application and Research Center (NPFUAM). The 8th edition of the training program this year was given by Üsküdar University Rector's Advisor, NPFUAM Center Director Prof. Dr. İ. Tayfun Uzbay, NPFUAM Center Deputy Director, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Psychology Department Dr. Lecturer Ayşe Özçetin, and Course Coordinator Dr. Vet. ÜSGÜDAP Responsible Burcu Çevreli. Üsküdar University Molecular Biology and Genetics students Sena Sevim and Öykü Nur Önen completed the training with first place honors. Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör also attended the ceremony.
The “Experimental Animal Use Certificate Training Program” was organized by Üsküdar University Neuropsychopharmacology Application and Research Center (NPFUAM). Following the two-week training, a certificate ceremony was held for the trainees who successfully completed the program.

Üsküdar University Rector's Advisor Prof. Dr. İ. Tayfun Uzbay stated that the given training was challenging, but this course is a step towards becoming a respectful and good researcher who understands ethical values: “First of all, I congratulate all of you; it was not an easy course. I congratulate you all for successfully completing this course. You will be respectful and good researchers who know ethical values. This certificate we will issue is a very valuable certificate. It is both ministry-approved and internationally valid. Thanks to this certificate, you will have the right to work with experimental animals in many countries if you go to any laboratory outside the country.”
