Experience sharing in healthcare institution management…

Serdar Kamburoğlu, a graduate of Üsküdar Üniversitesi Health Services Vocational School (SHMYO) Healthcare Institution Management Program and Human Resources Manager at İstadental, met with students. Kamburoğlu, who provided information about the sector to the students, also shared his experiences during his education. 

The event, held at the Çarşı Campus Emirnebi Conference Hall, was moderated by Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Öznur Karaoğlu, Head of the Health Services Vocational School (SHMYO) Healthcare Institution Management Program. 

Shared His Sectoral Experiences

Serdar Kamburoğlu, Human Resources Manager at İstadental, shared with students the ways to succeed in the sector, the challenges encountered, and how these challenges can be overcome, based on his own experiences.  

Emphasis Placed on the Importance of Health Tourism

In his speech, Kamburoğlu also touched upon the opportunities in health tourism, emphasizing that health tourism is a rapidly growing and dynamic field, and conveyed the career opportunities in this sector. 

Students' Questions Answered

Students also had the opportunity to ask Kamburoğlu questions about job opportunities in the health sector. At the end of the event, Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Öznur Karaoğlu thanked Serdar Kamburoğlu, stating that the sharing of our graduates' experiences with students would shed light on their career goals.
