Elderly Appreciation Week Was Not Forgotten This Year

Üsküdar Üniversitesi Social Sciences Institute Lecturer İdil Arasan Doğan gave a seminar within the scope of the events held at Kadıköy Municipality Kozyatağı Cultural Center. Lecturer İdil Arasan Doğan, who gave a presentation on 'Psychology of Aging and Old Age,' discussed the effects of psychoeducation studies provided to the families of elderly individuals and the employees of relevant centers. Lecturer İdil Arasan Doğan, who also played an active role in the Şişli Municipality Age-Friendly Municipality Workshop, shared insights on 'care,' a prominent issue in elderly psychology and problems. She addressed notable topics in intergenerational interaction.
In the program, conducted with the active participation of the Board members of the Turkish Alzheimer's Association, changes, problems, diseases related to aging and old age, and positive interventions for healthy aging were discussed.
