Associate Professor Dr. Aleksandr Anatoliyevich Sotnichenko, Director of the Russian Science and Culture Center (Russian House), which operates under the Russian Embassy in Ankara, visited Üsküdar University's Founding Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan in his office.

Prof. Dr. Havva Kök Arslan, Head of the Political Science and International Relations (English) Department at Üsküdar University's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, also accompanied the visit.
Associate Professor Dr. Aleksandr Anatoliyevich Sotnichenko, Director of the Russian House, exchanged views with Tarhan on planned projects and collaborations.
During the meeting, the establishment of a Russia Studies Center under the umbrella of Üsküdar University, with the support of the Russian House Ankara, was also on the agenda.
The visit concluded after Prof. Dr. Tarhan presented his books to Russian House Director Sotnichenko and a souvenir photo was taken.
