We want to prepare students in an equipped manner…
Emphasizing that Floortime training is an improved and comprehensive program, Dr. Lecturer Demet Gülaldı from the Child Development Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences said; “We organized a two-day training for fourth-year students of the child development department. Floortime education is a behavior-based and scientifically proven model. It is a comprehensive program developed for children with many developmental delays, including ‘Autism Spectrum Disorder’, and their families, forming the basis of a relationship-based model. We will receive this training from Expert Instructor Dr. Psychologist Deniz Özkılıç. Before our colleagues graduate from our department, we want to prepare them in a more equipped manner and we plan to do so. For this purpose, we definitely want to educate them by providing support with our guest instructors about current programs in child assessment and family-oriented programs in the field.”
