Üsküdar Üniversitesi Health, Culture and Sports Department (SKS) organized the ‘International Day’ event. Students introduced their cultures and richness from different geographies at the event, which featured colorful scenes.

Different cultures met at the ‘International Day’ event



Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör and Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Deniz Ülke Kaynak also attended the event held in the garden of Üsküdar University South Campus and visited the students' stands.

Different cultures introduced their countries
International students from many countries such as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Palestine, Nigeria, Syria, Egypt, India, and Yemen participated in the event.
Students introduced their countries' unique foods, beverages, and handicrafts. The event, where cultural interaction was fostered, saw colorful moments.



Moments full of entertainment were experienced
Students experienced moments full of entertainment accompanied by songs and halays unique to their own cultures.


Traditional dishes were served
Students were offered beverages with Garrab at the event.
At the Turkish culture stand, students were offered delicacies from Turkish cuisine such as lahmacun, çiğ köfte, içli köfte, and lokum.
