A delegation from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) in Malaysia visited Üsküdar University. The team, consisting of UTeM Rector and Melaka State Governor Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia Dr. Hacı Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rüstem, as well as Vice-Rectors and university administrators, visited Üsküdar University. Representing Üsküdar University, Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Muhsin Konuk and his accompanying delegation hosted the guests. As a result of the discussions between the two universities, a bilateral agreement on developing inter-university cooperation was signed to enhance Turkey – Malaysia relations.

A delegation from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) was hosted at Üsküdar University. Representing UTeM, UTeM Rector and Melaka State Governor Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia (Dr.) Hacı Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rüstem, as well as UTeM Vice-Rector Professor Ts. Dr. Massila bt Kamalrudin, UTeM Vice-Rector Professor Ir. Dr. Ghazali bin Omar, and UTeM administrators, paid a visit. During the meeting, attention was drawn to the ongoing work in faculties related to the brief introductions of the universities.
Representing Üsküdar University, Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Muhsin Konuk, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Prof. Dr. Osman Çerezci, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences faculty members Prof. Dr. Gökhan Apaydın, Prof. Dr. Selim Şeker, Prof. Dr. Serhat Özekes, Prof. Dr. Selahattin Gültekin, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Savsar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Türker Ergüzel and Dr. Muhammet Enis Bulak, along with Üsküdar University Secretary-General Selçuk Uysaler, and Head of International Student Relations Department Peyman Jaferi, were present at the meeting.

As part of Üsküdar University's international cooperation discussions, a meeting was held with the delegation from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) in Malaysia. During the meeting, potential collaborations that could be established between the universities were discussed, referencing the ongoing work in faculties related to the universities' brief introductions. The meeting concluded with the signing of a bilateral agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) between Üsküdar University and UTeM and the presentation of gifts.
