Collage exhibition by the students of the Visual Communication Design Department...

Üsküdar University, Faculty of Communication, Visual Communication Design Department 1st year students organized a collage exhibition. The exhibition, which took place within the scope of the 2024 Spring Semester GIT106 Basic Design course, attracted great attention. The students' free collage works were created by placing various materials in the composition in a way that conveyed a specific narrative.

Students made free collage applications within the scope of creative art works. In the works made with various materials such as newspapers, posters, labels, photographs, mirrors and fabrics, the power of composition and expression came to the fore.

In the projects, which included both two-dimensional and three-dimensional works, designs that enriched the perception of depth drew attention. Throughout the process, students were provided with the skills of material recognition and using different materials together, while developing unique perspectives.
