1 million people found their profession with the Career Test
Üsküdar Üniversitesi offers an important service to candidates during the preference period, which is one of the most critical stages of YKS. The Career Test, administered by the university since 2015, serves as an important guide for candidates who are undecided about their career choice.
Guided approximately 1 million people
Thanks to the Career Test, candidates have the opportunity to discover professions that match their interests, abilities, and personality traits. To date, approximately 1 million candidates have taken the career test and directed their careers.
Career Test identifies areas where success can be achieved
With this test, those who are undecided can identify areas where they can be successful in line with their own talents and interests, while those who have already decided on a profession can test how suitable that profession is for them.
What is the Career Test?
Education Institutions and Guidance Services Manager, Spec. Psy. Con. Ece Tözeniş said: “The Career Test, also known as the Holland Occupational Themes Scoring Sheet, consists of 90 questions. Candidates' answers of ‘I like’ or ‘I dislike’ reveal their personality type. In the Career Test, where the distinctive features of types such as ‘Realistic’, ‘Investigative’, ‘Artistic’, ‘Social’, ‘Enterprising’, and ‘Conventional’ are highlighted, activities suitable for these types and typical professions are explained.”
