The 6th seminar was held within the scope of the “Change Starts With Me” Project

The sixth seminar was held at Zeynep Kamil Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School within the scope of the “Change Starts With Me - Social Media Awareness Project”, implemented in cooperation with Üsküdar University, Üsküdar District Governorship, and Üsküdar District Directorate of National Education. Project coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aylin Tutgun Ünal made important presentations to students on conscious social media use and media literacy.

Within the scope of the “Change Starts With Me - Social Media Awareness Project,” which aims to equip 1500 high school students in Üsküdar with social media literacy skills, project partners continue to meet with students.

As the sixth seminar within the project, teachers and students were met at Zeynep Kamil Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Project coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aylin Tutgun Ünal, Faculty Member of Üsküdar University's Faculty of Communication, made important presentations on social media literacy and conscious social media use during the seminar.

Corporate Communication Specialist Canan Ekmekçioğlu from the Corporate Communication Department's Educational Institutions and Guidance Services Unit also accompanied the seminar, providing information to students alongside Ünal.

Following the information sharing, over a hundred students participated in the program, which proceeded in a question-and-answer format.

Afterward, students were presented with Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan's book “Being a Conscious Young Person” and a Üsküdar University promotional kit.
