Banu Şirin: “A profession that incredibly develops individuals”
Banu Şirin, HR Manager at TK İlaç, provided information about the medical promotion representative position. She also gave a presentation on what is expected from employees in this position and what needs to be done in practice.

Şirin, touching upon the career opportunities of her profession, said; “Medical promotion representative is a very difficult profession. Although it may seem very easy from the outside, it is truly a challenging profession, but it incredibly develops individuals. We need to master everything about the product. If we know the product, we can convey it. If we don't, we can't. The biggest goal of a medical promotion representative is to get the promoted product prescribed by the physician. So, in essence, this is our core aim, our target.”

Following a Q&A session, the event concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation and a group photo.
