Brain Park Achieves Project Success

Within the scope of the 1002 – A Rapid Support Module, the project titled 'In vivo investigation of the role of ferroptosis in the transition from High-Cholesterol Diet-Induced Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease to Steatohepatitis' has been awarded support.
The project's principal investigator is Prof. Dr. Nesrin Kartal Özer from the Department of Medical Biochemistry (English) at the Faculty of Medicine, while the project researcher is Dr. Lecturer Tuğçe Demirel Yalçıner from the Department of Medical Biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine.
The project team awarded support included Dr. Lecturer Merve Açıkel Elmas from Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Lecturer Ahmet Erdi Sözen from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, and Samed Özer from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine.
